Christmas is a special time and each and every one of us do everything we can to make it as memorable as we can for patients and their families.
For many, it will be the last Christmas spent together. Our 'Count Me In' advent calendar shows just how much hospice care at this time of year means to patients, families and staff.
We can only continue to provide this care thanks to the generosity of our supporters. We must raise an extra £1m by April 2020 to ensure we can carry on offering our support to the growing number of people who need us, across Southampton and wider Hampshire. Thank you and Happy Christmas.
